I've never really been the most sociable person but I feel that I've found a second family here. There's always going to be the twice removed cousin that no one likes but all in all, this has been a positive influence in my life for the past year or so. I used to think of it as a break from reality...but a lot of you all feel as real to me as an object popping out of a 3D movie. =) The newer members that stick around just add to this and well, I'm just really happy. So thanks. Oh...and IIN?

This is basically just another online community and every community has it's characters. Socialization is socialization.
I think it is normal. I don't have much of a social life. I'm too shy. Making acquaintances over the internet has boosted my self-esteem. And, I'm looking at the possibility of making some friends in real life this year.
