Is it normal that my boyfriend laughs at midgets?

My boyfriend goes onto youtube and looks up midgets. When he sees them dance, talk, or race against camels (it's really on there), he laughs his butt off! Is this normal!?

the race against camels thing might be slightly funny, but as far as the other things, not really. at least not to me, i mean, they're just people that are smaller.
did he happen to watch the "midget fights" from jerry springer? my brother couldn't stop laughing for days after that.
