I once woke up, walked to the couch, and started digging under it to find my fishing pole before school (sleep walking obviously) So I do much more than funny speech when I wake up lolz.
Only if I drink. Not get drunk, but if I have two or three beers before I go to bed, and you wake me up, You will have about 20 min of me sleepwalking/talking and making absolutely no sense!
More embarrassing than cute, my family likes to remember these occasions every time we get together. I have been victim to many spirited reenactments courtesy of my little brother. (blonde kid in my profile pic)
Lolz my little brother is my only sibling, and we are very close. I haven't seen him in a couple of months because of my job so I was missing him and decided to put that pic up lolz.

Hahaha! You can always count on your family to do one of two things.
1- they will let you forget about embarrassing moments, by not bringing them up again.
2- they will make fun of you for the rest of your life every time there is a get together. I have a nice mix of the two.
