I am NOT racist. This observation really bothers me. Sometimes I like to have my pet rooster and hen in my front yard. Any other person of any other race can pass by the yard and he doesn't care. However, when a black person passes by, he starts bobbing his head, he puffs up his feathers, he jumps up, and he attacks. The chain link fence prevents him from actually attacking. My friends were the first to notice this and laughed. It really bothers me that an animal can be like this.

Well you know what they say about black people and fried chicken lol....Mr rooster knows, and he aint putting up with no shit.
*exhales sadly through nostrils*
Yes, my friend, as my man tommy here pointed well, we're talking about "The Avenging Rooster"!!!
This really reminds me of the King of the Hill episode where they had a African repairman and Ladybird would violently come at him. So they accused her of being a racist. I can't remember what the ending was, but you need to the bottom of your rooster. Did he have previous owner that was a racist? Was he injured by a African and as a result he thinks all Africans are bad? Try talking to him.
Too much?
