She is just shy.Which is normal.As long as she is not harming anyone I wouldn't care.If you want to get involved and find out why she is behaving that way take her out or sit with her at lunch.Treat her normal.Try to make her laugh and open up to you.She may have a crush on you and can't express her feelings.
