After my wife was murderef just a few days ago my friend took care of the kids while i recovered and i started cutting my self becuase i should have killed this guy befor he could kill her... i also started smoking weed and i find my body growing slowly week... ok so this guy (the same who rapped my wife) shot my wife and me my wifes head was blos off while i was shot in my left arm i was able to grab his gun and shoot him befor he hurt my youngest son who he had his gun pointed at (im sorry for all the spelling errors it just makes me cry to remember that day) i just shot him so many times that he had no limbs left. so after the cops came theye found me trying to kill my self. since then i have been drinking and smoking constantly... i just miss her so much... please tell me how to stop smoking andd drrinking... and how to forget about that dreadfull day.
