I've never heard of something quite like that on K2, but on psychedellics I've seen a few people unable to recognise others. It's not the most common reaction but it's more than possible.

No one should be smoking that shit anyway. If you wanna get high, just get weed. The chemicals in K2 are largely unresearched and have been proven to have a lot of negative side effects

thanks for the dumbass comments that didnt help him out at all... i gotcha dude. and to answer your question... probably. k2's the shit. i'd rather smoke k2 and "caution" than weed, its a totally different high n i absolutely love it. but smoke it in portions. i've had my share of smoking too much n having a bad trip follow (usually less than a single bowl pack). it doesnt take much to get ya toasted from k2. but i smoke the triple x's or the super strong, just to get fucked up haha. i smoked this shit called mind trip.... ill warn ya, dont smoke more than two hits if your gonna try it. it was the worst trip of my life n i thought my life was gonna be over. like, there was no escaping death. i honestly dont know why it gave me those thoughts, but it was terrible. my head was spinning, i imagined two of my close bros were with me, eventhough they were both at work... saw em sitting with me and everything. my heart was pounding and i couldnt walk normal.. it was like i was crippled. it made my body tense up more than i could handle. i tried standing up and i repeatedly dropped my phone about 20 times, i couldnt control my movements and i was freaking out.... i tried to go inside to find my mom n have her take me to the hospital but i just couldnt do it... this lasted about an hour, and i finally just sat down on my back porch, and fell asleep crying, hoping to just wake up..... i know that all sounds crazy but thats what k2 does to ya..... IT FUCKS YOU UP.
