Im a trampoliner for enjoyment, and i usually use it at least 45 to an hour each day. I have been doing it for about 8 years now but im still slighty over weight. I dont understand why and i can never notice any difference in my body shape. Is there anything i can do to make a difference to make it work. p.s. the type of jumping I do is tricks and they are quite hard, so why dont they work?

As for your weight issue, change up your routine and take a close look at what you eat.
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
There are several factors to weight loss, here are the main two:
1. You need to use up more Kilojoles/Calories than you consume. And you need to do this with a healthy diet.
2. Whatever physical activity you are doing to use those Kilojoles should ideally have you sweating for a good period of time. Sweat is a good indicator of activity.
Good luck!
