IIN that when I'm sick I seem to have very vivid and realistic dreams. Semi-lucid. When I'm sick I seem to have the best dreams.

This is because your sickness is still present during a dream and the physical stress causes you to do subconsious reality checks during a dream. If u really like it i would suggest looking at this and follow the steps http://m.wikihow.com/Lucid-Dream
I have them all the time and its fricken awesome.

P.S. if u get really good at it u can get to the point were u have sexual dreams everyday. Its great

I myself have THE MOST fucked up dreams when im sick.And i hallucinate,but i dont like them

yeh i get that, they not always good tho and i usually wake up in a cold sweat
