Just stop eating them, they are shit.

You have the wrong type of microwave.

You need to put it the right amount of minutes.

We don't have Hot Pockets here yet (thank God) but are they frozen? If so, you might want to defrost them overnight in the fridge. I'm not going to go into all the science of microwave cooking, specific heat capacity, and blah, blah, blah, but you'll get a much better result if they are defrosted. Although, at the end of the day, you're still eating a Hot Pocket.

You must not be cooking them right. Do you even read the directions?

It sounds like your cooking that shit in a conventional oven, microwaves don't heat food through convection but through radiation which means the outside should not heat faster than the inside.

If you're microwaving it correctly, then there shouldn't be any problems. Maybe you need a better microwave. Or try putting them in a toaster oven. They come out super crispy.

...or when you take a bite and the pocket blows hot steam and fake cheesey shit on the corner of your mouth.
