Well I am always tired. No matter how much I sleep, when I go to bed or when I wake up. I am just always sleepy...I drink coffee over the day and it doesnt seem to help.
I am 19, and this has been going on for a few years now, so strongly. It gradually gotten worse as time went by, since I was around 15.
I tried various diets, giving up coffee as I heard too much weakens your adrenal glands and you end up exhausted all the time. I tried giving up sweets, increasing sugar, etc. But nothing seems to work.
It's not stress related, I can tell you that too.
I can't remember the last time I woke up refreshed and full of energy. Is this a normal period of life or something? I heard puberty can do this, but I'm 19 and I've gotten into puberty earlier than most of my friends...

This is a typical symptom of depression and many various vitamin deficiencies or a hypoactive thyroid. I'd suggest that, if you have health insurance, you go get your blood tested and tell them what's up before looking into psychological treatment. If you don't have insurance, take multivitamins, drink more water and if you are female you may be at a greater risk of anemia so be sure you are taking iron and fiber to keep regular. Regardless of insurance though, I would still recommend you look into medical treatment.
I do drink plenty of water and my daily dose of supplements.
Im not a chick.
Thanks for answering
Is there a fast way to fix this? All the solutions I've encountered so far included a diet plan, and a long one infact...
But I still feel tired and like I'd rather lay down and relax or sleep
