Every now and then, I suddenly have a feeling that I have been in this exact situation. But instead of lasting for just a second, it lasts for a couple hours, and I start calling out exactly what's going to happen next. I literally remember every detail about that exact moment, before it happens.

While with a friend of mine, we started discussing the effects of deja vu on the mind. Apparently our minds remember doors as a sort of checkpoint to what we did when we walked through it. When you repeat a situation over and over again, try to find the similarity. My friend, Tyler, was saying how your mind is trying to tell you something that you need to figure out and by finding a common factor in the recurrence, you'll find out what you need to know.

I'm sorry if this advice is bad but that's what my friend told me and he is incredibly smart so I thought I would share his thoughts with you.
