When I was a little girl kids pick on me really bad to the point I just shut down and cry now it's a little more easier for me I lost weight I feel better about myself. When people do get on my nervous I start to shake up and I tighten my teeth, When this happen I go into wanted to really hurt people. So is this normal

Don't keep yourself from defending yourself. If there's people picking on you, don't let them step all over you just because you don't want to get in a fight. There's other things that solve problems besides fighting.

Fighting as an adult is generally frowned upon, although we all need to alleviate stress and tension from our bodies. It is a natural reaction to want to hurt people when they are provoking you, but don't let it control you. Meditating to calm these emotions works great.

Fighting is barbaric.Even military avoid it if they can.Ability to reason is one that make us human,different than animal.
