So, i don't know why but everytime someone will say something that hurts my feelings, i'll just start having tears in my eyes. it is so annoying because i don't even want to cry. i change moods really fast.I'm always the happy girl that's always smiling, strong, really open with people but i can get mad really fast.

You must be still young and hormonal but no-one has the right to hurt your feelings. Try to walk away before they see that they succeeded in upsetting you.

I actually understand what you're saying. I am a strong woman but get tearful very easily sometimes and become furious with myself for it. For me its been harder to control since I had a bad experience 4 years ago. I don't know what the answer is, because I certainly don't want to train myself to become 'hard', just not to get tearful!

always smiling sometimes crying, not a bad tradeoff, i dont think u can have one without the other, can you not have a big crying session once a week in private and that would be yr quota?

After awhile of being hurt you build a barrier. It sucks but yeah.
