Is it normal to be tired ALL the time?

I'm 20, and ever since I was about 17 I have felt really tired most days, mentally and physically. Doctor did some blood tests but said nothing was abnormal.

So I decided to start working out and eating right, but I still feel like poo!

I can be just sitting around and I suddenly feel out of breath. I get dizzy all the time, and I sometimes get sharp, painful but quick head aches. Often my motor skills fail me, and I get horrible mood swings. (But most of the time I go from 'apathetic' to 'life is nothingness!!') And my brain feels numb most of the time.

I started taking a daily multi-vitamin and that helped me a bit, I also get more than 8 hours of sleep a night.

Is it normal to feel this bad on a daily basis?
Do you think it's normal?

I feel the exact same way. Once in a blue moon, I will have a good day when I'm not tired, but that is very rare. I usually end up drinking a couple energy drinks each day, just so I can stay awake at work. It really sucks big time.
I think it is the generation. We are seeing a lot of depressing things and it is wearing us down.
check to see if you might have narcolepsy/sleep apnea... it is usually misdiagnosed as depression or laziness. the feeling of constant tiredness, and overwhelming sleep at odd hours of the day are some of the symptoms.
i'm exactly the same. i doubt its narcolepsy/ sleep apnea.
its just awful. try to sleep as much as you can
