Whoa whoa whoa, slow down! You haven't been dating that long! And you sound really young too. I know this isn't what you want to hear, but you're probably not in love if you've only been dating for 6 weeks, and you definitely weren't in love after one week. That's not to say you won't eventually be. For all I know you could end up marrying this girl one day. The point is, you're getting way ahead of yourself right now.

Maybe you're coming on too strong and scaring her off. Take it slow!

If you are her first boyfriend, I'm sure you mean a lot to her. Maybe she just feels more comfortable around you know and has relaxed on the texting.

It's possible that she may be dating you for the novelty, but if it's really true, the relationship won't last long anyway. People tend to really like someone when they first know them, start getting sick of them later, then go back to like or normal even later. She may be in second stage and needs a while to get to the third stage
