So, contrary to everyone else, I have not been able to keep the pounds ON since I had my child.I am, on average, 7 pounds lighter than I was before my pregnancy and I was already pretty skinny. At this point, I am borderline underweight. I recently started having trouble swallowing food, kind of a fear of choking or that it just wouldn't go down all the way,and I lost 4 more pounds. I think I've gained that back, but it's still hard for me to get back to my normal weight, even when I eat a lot. I guess I'm not very consistent with eating, but I never have been. I will eat a lot (2 or 3 meals and snacks) on day 1 and 2, but day 3 I eat very little. Then a little more on day 4 and 5 and when I've noticed my boobs have shrunk within the week I'll try to eat a lot again. Some days my muscles feel weak and I don't feel very sturdy. My friends say I still look ok, but I really don't feel all that ok. Is this at all normal?
