I can never ever never sleep at night!!! I only take a nap after work for a couple of hours that's it!!!
Plz give me tips on how to fix this! I always looks like a zombie going to work :( it's affecting my focus and health, help?

Don't take that nap after work hold it off till later in the night then you should sleep better, it will be shit for a couple of days but then you will balance out to a proper sleeping pattern .

^^^ agreed. if that doesnt work after a while then it would probably be a good idea to check out some natural remedies from health stores or go to a doctor and see what options they can suggest to you. i know that if i have a nanna nap in the afternoon, it takes me ages to get to sleep later on.

Don't take nanna naps and there's pills u can take to help you sleep. Your health and mood will get worse if you don't get proper sleep

Well, sounds like the novel Insomnia written by Stephen King... You should take a look at that lol

Now about your problem, try this, dont take the nap, anf if you still cant sleep that night, I tell you for sure next night youll fall as a rock.

Yeah try different things too. There are some herbal teas that help for sleeping, or you could go the medicine route but those can get to be habit forming. If all else fails go see a doctor.

When you get home from work, don't take a nap. Try your best to stay up & go to sleep at a normal time of night.
