It's true make them chase you. If you can't crack the egg move on but never burn your bridges. Work on all women without being a scumbag, fat, hot, black, white, rich and poor. Hit on them all and don't expect anything, eventually you'll get the hang of it and you'll be able to pick up almost anyone you want. It also helps to be attractive.
