I wanted to try those probiotic yogurts to regulate and aid my digestion but they are so small and expensive!

I just eat a scoop of Rid-X here and there to keep things regulated and moving along.

IIN to eat Rid-X instead of those fancy expensive yogurts?

My Momma said that when her Momma was pregnant with my uncle Forrest, she tried some of that to get rid of the con-sti-pay-shun and that is why my uncle Forrest acts so weird.

Those "probiotic" yogurts aren't worth it. Healthy bacteria is in ALL yogurts. Just be sure to get one that organic and low in sugar. By getting organic, it won't be filled with things additives, cornstarch, and dangerous hormones. Stonyfield is good, but they often use allot of sugar:/ Back to the part where you digest chemicals, stop it now! Rid-ex is dangerous and like other chemicals, it should never be digested. If you continue this you could be killed or end up in the ER wishing you were dead. Is the price of a shit really worth the price for your life? If you're having such a hard time going, increase the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat or take a natural laxative but don't take too much or your body might become dependant on them.

Yes, ALL yogurt has probiotics. I hate that some people think they need a special brand to get it. My coworker gets this kind that is marked "lite" and it has both high fructose corn syrup and aspartame. That is not a healthier yogurt.

OP- take a good look at what you are eating. What you put in, must come out.

Yogurt is so much better. It comes in a variety of flavors and has a decent amount of calcium for your bones.
