I've heard of a runner's high from many people who tell me about the good feeling that exercising gives them. But however hard I push myself all exercise does is make me upset. I feel really bad during and after exertion, in a few cases it has made me start crying because I feel so upset. So, IIN, or am I the only one?

Maybe you pressure yourself into accomplishing unrealstic goals while you exercise? Or you could be experiencing an adrenalin rush that you don't like? Lots of things, either way, it's normal.

It probably isn't normal. Runner's High is caused by endorphins being released by the pituitary gland, so there may be something wrong with your anatomy.
