I become extremely depressed at least once a year for about a month always in the spring. This has been happening for about 5 or 6 years now. I'll get random days when I'll just be totally depressed for no reason just throughout the rest of the year but never as bad as the month. Its not like the kind where I want to kill myself just to the point of seeing my life as useless and most days not even wanting to get out of bed. I'm pretty sure this isn't normal nor healthy and I tried talking to m mom about it one time and she just wrote me off... So what do y'all think does this happen to anyone else?

It may be seasonal depression. Most ppl get it in the winter.

Nope. Only time I get depressed is when I'm at work sometimes.

I agree with the others; it's probably seasonal affective disorder. It's understandable that you would feel sad this time of year due to all the cloudy days and rain.

Its not normal, but this is called seasonal affective depression. See a doctor about it.
