When I listen to music, I often imagine I'm someone else in a different world.
For example, I've been on a history kick (mainly the Revolutionary War) and sometimes I imagine I'm someone in that time and making a life for myself. It can be different each time. If I'm happy, I imagine things that'd be joyous (like getting pregnant). If I'm sad, I imagine tragedies (like finding out I have malignant breast cancer).
I can't listen to music without doing this. I don't even listen to the words most of the time. Just the music and the sound of the singing. I can't even imagine just listening to music with no alternate universe.
Oh and I have to moving. I can't sit an listen to music. Even on my computer, I can't listen to it. I have to be walking.
