I feel like I'm constantly being watched and sometimes I get really scared. Also, im pretty sure their is a ghost in my house and i often have strange occurences with telling the future and that stuff Is this normal? Explanation?

i feel this way all the time before i go to bed. my heart's beating fast as when you know someone is about to show up for a visit but noone's their O.o
