After having two kids in quick succession, she's looking a little out of shape. But she's still a very attractive young woman.

She'll looked very spaced out and unsteady during the MTV Awards performance several months ago, though. She's definitely not the fresh, lovely young thing she was back in the day -- hopefully, she'll get her act together for herself and the kids before things deteriorate any further.

I feel really sorry for her kids,I mean could you imagine them being showed those tabloids when they are older? I'm sure Britney will be a legend though as time marches on,so it might not be so embarressing I dunno.
