If you're talking about your butt, I agree w/ Sassyfrassylassie. If you mean your vagina, which I doubt for some reason. But if you are, I agree with Subfinmatic, or just leave it as it is. Don't worry about it. Someone is gonna love you whether its saggy or not.

'Fanny flaps' is a pretty common British slang expression, so I'm with Parrish on this one. I'm guessing OP means fanny as in vagina.
