My boy Bestfriend and I are really close, we sit next to eachother in class hang out at lunch and all that. We are always together nothing can separate us, he is like my brother. But I'm starting to get feelings for him! I don't want to go out with him, I don't want to like him but I can't help it! I get so jealous when he is talking to other girls, I mean he thinks I'm hot and I think his hot but that doesn't mean anything, everyone says we should go out but we always say no we are to close and don't want to ruin our friendship. But why do I have feelings for him, is it because we are to close?

I and my girl bestfriend were in the same thing too, I had feelings for her from the very beginning of our friendship, actually before, and the same way you started to get feelings for him she did too, well it was obvious from my side that I liked her so there were couple of instances where we had intimate
stuff, I mean not dirty but romantic.
I tell you it made our friendship stronger, we werent in a relationship but it was heading that way, we both could see it. but none of us agreed.
well the reason I'm asking you to go for it is that I lost her* the very second day we decided that we would go for a long term thingy, it wasnt a relationship, it was more than friendship, but less than a relationship that is minus the breakups,sadness or whateva negative in a relationship.
*I lost her meant that her sisters and her mom got to know about our thing we had inbetween us, Im from India and its a bit conservative in here, and now we both are of the same college but dont see eachother now, n have parted ways. Not me certainly bt her.
the thing I want to make clear is you dont know what tomorrows in store, just give it a try, hope for the best, and be ready for any surprise life has in for you.
-Ps who knows maybe the guy has the same feelings? but dint xpress it the way I did in my case?
