I said "No" but not in a bad way, I think if people are staring then THEY are indeed weird. I feel the same way sometimes but I wonder if I am connecting to them telepathically haha
I do like window tint--for some reason I am thinking of taking photos from my car and how this would be convenient for that purpose as well as just plain privacy. But doing so because of this I think you should try ignoring them, I am very self-conscious at times and this does sound to me like it may be anxiety.
