I have large inner labia and I've noticed that there are goose-bump like spots on them which are very noticeable when stretched as they are almost white on pink skin. They don't itch and I'm still a virgin. Is this normal?

Well it's not an STD if you're a virgin, unless you've done other stuff that could get you infected. I'd talk about it with a doctor just to be on the safe side.
