Is it normal to hallucinate not under the influence of anything

I hallucinated in a odd place, i was in the school bathroom, sitting on the toilet. I see something move past me like a fly so i look and all of a sudden I’m seeing a whole bunch of stars, like little bright tiny lights just moving in the air. Just bunch of shiny white flys that moved together. I started to freak out and then i look away then look back and its gone.. I'm assuming I hallucinated because nothing was there, and no one was there
Is It Normal?

Are you feeling well? I was hallucinating at the weekend, but I was running a fever.

I've had weird days like that when I'm completely out of it and start day dreaming. Never had this happen to me when I wasn't under the influence of anything though. Once in a while though I'll have a vivid daydream triggered by something if I'm really bored. A couple questions to think about:
1. Is it common for you to hallucinate, and has it happened before?
2. Did you do any drugs the night before maybe you didn't completely sleep off the effects of the drugs.
3. Does schizophrenia run in your family?
If all the answers to the questions listed above are no then are you sure you just didn't get lightheaded while taking a dump and saw spots and mistook them for stars?

I experienced this once when I was pregnant, I did't look away from the shimmering tiny glittering sparkles and they all combined into a swarm and uniformly flew into my belly. I never saw that again, and I assumed it must have been my child's spirit or energy. Perhaps you weren't hallucinating but were perceiving some form of energy around you, be it yours, or someone else's. Maybe even a "ghost" type encounter if your school is very old. If it continues to happen, or changes, see your Doctor and get your blood pressure checked.
