I hate when people go shopping and when they're done they leave things in the cart like it's a trashcan, it's like they expect the next person to throw away their trash. It's disgusting! If I see a cart with a used tissue in it, I'll refuse to use it and look for another cart. I don't know what sort of things could be on that tissue. I know that carts aren't the cleanest of things, but a tissue could have ANYTHING on it and I don't want to risk catching something. Leaving something like that in a cart is lazy. Yesterday, I went to the store and there was a shortage of carts. I turned to my left and saw a woman with a cart. I started to walk towards it and to my horror I see that she left a big crumpled lump of tissues! I turned round and left to get another cart. Wouldn't that disgust you too?
Why can't the owner of the tissue walk up to a trashcan and throw it out themselves? What could be on there that is so bad that they don't want to even properly remove it and rather leave it to someone else? Does this tick you off too?

It should be considered littering and required to stick trash in the trashcan.
