Is it Normal to Have a Mid-Life Crisis at 24
75% Normal

I am turning 24 soon and while most people my age are having the best times of their lives, all that I can think about is all of the missed opportunities in my life. I have climbed a mountain, played music @ an open mic night, joined the military, loved and been let down, and im about to go to korea. But I still feel like theirs so much I need to do, and I dont know what it is. Does the unscratchable itch ever go away. How do I get rid of it. Is it normal to want to achieve more even If you don't know what it is you need to do?
Do you think it's normal?

We have a perfectionist here.

Yep is normal. Life goes on very fast but you should also focus on small things which actually are called ..life.
when you find out what a mid-life crisis is, post it and let me know.
You may be suffering from a quarter life crisis, so technically suffering from a mid-life crisis as 24 may be considered abnormal. Google it, you'll see what I mean.
Normal!
You are only going to live until you are 48?
I agree. I once found a book in Barnes & Noble called "Quarter Life Crisis" which is all about the under-recognized "mid life crisis" of the 20 year olds. You might wanna check it out. Maybe it has some answers you need.
Yeah, there's even a drama series on youtube called "quarterlife" about this kinda stuff.
I'm a girl and I play wow too. As does my sister. We do exist.
I went threw this when I was 9ish haha, 1/8th life crisis I guess
Every twenty years you're allowed a two week psychotic breakdown. Did you forget to take yours? Take leave and do something you've always wanted to do, like create a painting or write a song.
this is the way i feel. i am a guy, amd i spend every waking hour either on my computer or playing some sort of video game. hetre soon i am going to be starting college, and every waking hour i have outside from college, ecept a couple hours taken out a day for studying, i plan to be playing videogames. it is my obsession, it is my life. i ahave often been quoted as saying "i would rather play halo thjan have sex with a girl". and "at least i dont have to spend time with my games to play with them" and "at least a video game wont get jealous when i am playing with another viodeo game" "at least i can buy multiple video games instead of spend hours trying to figure one out"
yeah i understand. but why would you join the military. structured life does'nt seem to be for you.
im 18 and I feel like I am having a midlife crisis--- its the same feeling like I have so much to do, and I want to do it before I get old. I can't decide what career I want or if I want to get married (mind you I'm 18 and single hahah) so don't worry-- maybe its in some peoples DNA to stress about the future?
