Is it normal to have a "person"?

My friend has liked many guys but she always seems to go back to one. Even when she's with other guys, she still has some feelings for her "person"

For example, she is going out with a guy named Jimmy but she longs for her person (Justin).

Is it normal to continuously have some feelings for a guy but still date other people?

While she could try dating other people maybe she could just try dating Justin again and see if it works out. If not then she is probably just infatuated. And that's normal. I have been infatuated with this one guy for years but it eventually wore off.

Just give her time.

Ya it's Normal to have feelings for morr than onrme person. Maybe that one guy who she really has feelings for is neglecting her or making her have second doubts.

She's using other guys to make Justin jealous. I hate cold-hearted bitches like that.
