It's not anal leakage, (and I know it sounds gross, but don't worry), it's worms. (Not normal earthworms, but pinworms). They aren't major or anything, and they spread because you somehow got your fingernails dirty and then ate something, and they grow near your anus, and lay tiny eggs. This makes your bum itch, and then when you itch their eggs bury under your fingernails, and then you eat again and the cycle continues. You can go to your local pharmacist and get some tablets, but a simpler way of stopping them is just to refrain from itching, and eventually they will die on their own.

You may have parasites or it can be hemroids or you may have a skin condition like eczema, I have eczema on my hands and when it gets really bad these little blisters form and they itch like hell, when you scratch them they pop which creates a liquid and it gets really bad if you keep scratching it.
