Lately I have been noticing that my farts smell like syrup. When I fart it smells so much like maple syrup it's weird. Not only that but my discharge smells like syrup. I haven't eaten anything with syrup in a couple weeks! Explain???

Urine that smells like maple syrup is a sign of Maple Syrup Urine Disease (I am not making this up, look it up). I don't know what it means if your farts smell like it, though. See a doctor as soon as possible. This could be something serious.
