Is it normal to have mixed feelings?

I have gotten close to a guy I met online some time ago. He is very nice and caring, and has told me that he is interested in a relationship. The problem is, he has very poor grammar, and his spelling is quite awful. Both of these are high on my list of pet peeves. Also, I find him very unattractive.
So I have mixed feelings about him, and I know it may sound superficial, but I am just not attracted to him.
What do I do??

What? We don't expect you to fancy every nice guy who shows you any interest. It seems pretty clear you're not into him, and you're not obligated to be, so just let him down gently.
