Is it normal to have slightly blurred vision while watching TV?

I've noticed that when i watch tv like the digital screens and digital clocks i can see like a bit of a double image above or like a shadowing effect. It's most noticeable when seeing white text against a black background. It's like the light is spreading upward. I don't notice this in everyday life. Does anyone else experience this?

I was the same, having trouble reading spines on books from across the room and blurry text on the tv screen until I got glasses.

Glasses?
Or, it could just simply be the TV shows you watch. I've found that with certain TV programs, their screens do tend to be blurry. It's not necessarily you, but i would get your eyes checked just in case.
