I do it too. I think it's normal because there is a Facebook group "I turn my pillow over to the cold side" or something like that.

I feel that it is completely normal for you to have to have both warm and cold while laying in bed. There are many people who have to have the AC on and at the same time be completely covered. Many have to feel the breeze of a fan on their face while others can't sleep having both feet covered at the same time. The need for both warm and cool at once is very normal.

I'm like that to.. Kinda I don't use a heated blanket an I also can't sleep unless my fan is on and my window is open... I love the cold

Throw some ice cubes into the sack of your pillow. Coldness for hours!

I love cold pillows! :) But I like warm blankets. Totally normal.
