Sometimes I have to take a couple of sleeping pills (Tylenol PM) to sleep, when I do, I have the weirdest dreams, does this happen to anybody else?

Yep. Normal. When i take sleeping pills, I have very vivid dreams about killing people.

normal. induces a good proper deep sleep, which allows you to dream well. it's actually good for you! dreams are ur mind sorting recent thoughts/memories etc. so now you have a tidy brain!
