I've gone through this exact same thing exept that my best friend was a guy. You have to let your friend off you slowly. cuz when i was doing "things" with my best friend we ended up breaking each other's hearts, taking some time apart and then coming right back where we were before everything got weird. be gentle about it too. girls can be crazy. im a girl and i know that for a fact.
