I'm doing it now lol! found this because I was curious to know if I was the only one.. I like to do mines while in the bathroom, & for some reason all clothing have to be off, no jewelry & hair pinned up. Lmao yes weird I know! I like to push it as though I was about to let it out, then right when its about to come out I hold it in. Great feeling!
