I do the same freaking thing, lol I wish I could stop because I usually don't even realize I'm doing it until someone says something, but the songs are sometimes hilarious.

I make up little rap verses about what im doing, so in my opinion its really normal. :D

Uh-huh. I have the need to break it on down all the time. My husband thinks I'm nuts. I am a bit of a nutter. I need to have my fun or I'll go totally insane in the membrane. Like a sumo slammin that ass, leavin yo face in the grass or something :)

It's normal for me.

I do that sometimes, but only when I'm alone.

It's a lot of fun and yeah sometimes it just happens out of the blue.
