Is it normal to miss your boyfriend all the time? I can't stand to be away from mine. I'm so in love with him. We've been together for a year and six months.

Pathetic? Nice.

At least it's nice to think people still can stay together for long periods of time. If you two love each other, it doesn't matter if you miss him.

Date someone in the military, then bitch about missing your boyfriend. I was seeing a guy in the navy. We started dating his last semester of his senior year and I was a junior. We dated for a year and a half, we were only actually together in the same state for five full months.
get the fuck over it.

Yeah, when you're in love it's totally normal to miss them when they're not around. The important thing to remember though is all couples need their space and missing them is what makes your time together more special. I have a boyfriend I miss all the time too but when I'm around him too much we begin to argue. It doesn't mean I'm not in love with him. To the military comments, WTF does that have to do with this question? I dated a guy in the military too, he was stationed over seas and every second that passed I ached for him to be home, especially when I got the call that he died in a road side bombing. I still love my current boyfriend and miss him even though he's only 45 minutes away in another city. No, it's not the same as being in different time zones but the heart just knows the one you love isn't by your side, not how many miles are separating you.
