i cant outwardly show anger or sadness. i get angry and it bubbles up the poof, its gone. i feel normal again. but thats only on the inside, it's the same with being upset or sad. although i can feel upset for ages like others i just cant seem to show it unless im on my own. my friends where talking the other day and they said that they'd never seen me show any emotions other than the more positive ones, they told me that i bury everything, whch i know is probably true, but how do i stop burying and start showing, instead of using my own internal monologue to comfort myself all the time? is this normal and is it bad for you. i know more people like me because i don't seem to let things bother me and am more chilled out and relaxed than the majority, but it is annoying only expressing myself to myself.
does this even make any sense to anyone but me?
lol
peace and love to all

I know how you feel I'm kinda like that too, something that might help is to write all your problems, so they are in a more clear view and you can vent them out that way and also figure out solutions easily, sometimes just try and tell your friends your problems too, they'll try to help and it will increase intimacy with friends and make your bonds stronger

thnks alot
i know what you mean kinda. nothing really phases me, and I sure as hell don't express it. In my 18 years of life I have never had a fight outside of my family, I just don't get mad that easy. but that's not to say I'm always happy. more like a perpetual state of apathy. Some people are just more capable of dealing with negative emotions. I don't really know what bottling up emotions will mean in the long run if you are actually feeling negative emotions, but i guess you should talk to someone about it, like parents/siblings/friends.
