I've had similar thoughts. If I could've chosen who my parent were-they would definitely not be the ones I was forced to be born to.
But then I'd say most parents out there are a bunch of losers who shouldn't have kids. Then again, those kids go on to do essential work for society-that most of us would rather not do, like be garbage collectors and so on.
