Is it normal to ride roller coasters?

Just for the lift hill and then tell them to stop the ride and ask to get off. I do this on every coaster I go on.

How do you get off when you're two hundred feet in the air? Do you crawl back down the track like Spiderman? Or do you bring a parachute?

Bah, never thought of that. Although, to be fair, I'm not sure we have so much of that here (and I don't know why, apart from that we seem to use cranes for every possible thing, even when a crane isn't needed). My favourite coaster (now defunct) did have a kind of gantry at the point of no return, but it would have been like shinning down loose scaffolding. The rest of the coaster, no way.

There's usually a walking track on the side of the first hill for maintenence to get up there. Still that's a dick thing to do. If you cant ride the whole thing, don't hold up the line for everyone else.

if you stop it to get off it just spoils everyones day and thats not nice. i love roller coasters!!! i went on oblivion 5 times in a row! dont wreck peoples day,if you don't like roller coasters then don't go on it until you know you can sit though the whole ride... :)

If you are too chicken to ride the coaster dont go on it. I mean if you are pushed and pressured into going on one coaster that is all fine and dandy. However I do not understand why you keep going on more.
