Seeing how no one can call anyone or anything else normal, why in god's name is there a website dedicated to judging the normality of things? Seeing how everyone has a different (yet pointless) opinion about things, why even ask?
Do you think it's normal?

So why are you asking if it's so useless?
Good question Jim_Pfoss.
It's to see how many other people do the weird things that you do. It's also really amusing to read the weird stuff people do.
after reading and commenting on a few stories, i've realized that alot of these stories are more like cries for help. If you feel like something you do is abnormal, you think that there is something wrong with you. Its not necessarily true obviously, but for example there are plenty of people here who have medical questions. Now there is a feild where normalcy is used.
Maybe normal isnt the right word if youre using technical terms, but for everyday language it works just fine.
If u dont like it then dont use it :P its that simple.
take care! lol.
why do you have a profile on here then weirdo?
Well it's more complex than that. It's not that the things aren't normal, it's sort of seeing how many other people do the same, if the person feels alone or even induvidual. And some stories are interesting others funny if you have never known of anyone that has done that thing.
Its like what Paul de Leeuw (dutch fella) did in his show... videotape everyone who goes on the crapper in his studio, and then show it in the audience to discuss what is the basic behaviour of rounding up the act on the crapper.

Here we discuss things started by the story poster, what is common behaviour, set by a majority.
it isnt to say ''you are disfunctional'' or ''you are allowed into the society'', its more, what do people think about it.
