It's probably just in your head. At night, vision gets blurry and you see faces and shadows. Don't worry!!

Just stop thinking about it and it will all go away. It's a human instinct to look for face figures in everything we see, its a survival mechanism wired into us from the very beginning. Your situation is kinda like when people look to the moon and see a "face" in it, it's just your mind playing tricks on you, added to the fact that you are in the dark, it will freak you out. As I said, stop thinking about them as ghosts, and try closing your eyes instead of scouring the room for "ghosts" everyday. Good Luck.

I used to see faces in the pattens of my wall paper. It actually helped me drift off. I duno if your experience is the same kind of thing.

um u mite just have an overactive imagination.. im like that too where i think someones standin in my room or see crazy shadows... but if this starts happenin in the daytime i think u mite need to b medicated cuz ya a** is crazy lolz jk jk

You are not alone my brother has had the same thing happen to him. I don't know if you're very religious but shut your eyes and pray if you are or speak jesus' name aloud. Believe it or not it is in the bible about spirits. Just pray or convince yourself there is nothing there and then open your eyes, I hope that helps. I hate anything paranormal like that, freaks me out. Maybe you should get a little companion like a dog to sleep on your bed that might help, or a location change?

See a psychiatrist, you may be having anxiety or you may be having hallucinations. Logically speaking it doesn't make sense, although maybe you are seeing something from the supernatural. Nevertheless you should seek help from a doctor.
