Not sanitary! Keep tissues with you at all times so you can wipe your hand on a tissue. Then go to a bathroom and wash your hands with soap.

I know it sounds gross, but I do the same thing. If there's tissue readily available I'll use it, but sometimes you just get stuck. For instance, I was on the bus and sneezed, and a whole lot of mucus came out, but I had nothing to wipe it on. So i just rubbed i into my hands. I'm glad I'm no the only one.
