I find any house party situation, alcohol, or even spicy food (for some reason) makes me just flirt the night away...

I'm a girl and apparently I do it all the time too. Like you, I never realized. But a lot of people started taking it the wrong way and I get called a tease a lot now. It kinda sucks, but it happens. You could try to control it, but its probably gonna be very hard to do.

Are you a big flirt? Or perhaps were? Sometimes when you do something continuously whether it's an expression or saying a certain word, you start doing it without realizing it because of how much you did it in the past.

Yeah. I pretty much flirt with every guy I meet. I don't intend to or purposely do it. It just happens. It's the way I am. And the majority of the time it's just harmless fun.

I used to be like that, flirting with every guy I meet. I've toned it down greatly since I've seen potential in my relationship, but that's really just how I am. I flirt with girls too. All unintentionally because I have no desire to be with anyone else.

Maybe it's not "subconsciously flirting" so much as it's "not understanding how to interact with the opposite sex normally". I don't mean that as an insult, mind, and I don't think it's unusual. It can be a problem, though, because sometimes women don't want to be flirted with, and it can make people uncomfortable. I realise you don't mean to do it. I used to flirt back at guys without realising it, because I didn't know they were hitting on me.

Anyway, I don't think this is abnormal, but you might want to try to be more aware of it.
